The North Texas LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce is honored to welcome back Justin Nelson, Co-Founder and President of the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce. In 2002, along with business partner, Chance E. Mitchell, Justin created the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, now the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC).
In 2005, the NGLCC recognized the North Texas LGBTQ Chamber with its Rising Star Chamber Award. Five years later the NGLCC honored us with the 2010 Chamber of the Year Award and was recognized twice with the Excellence in Community Impact Award. In 2013, North Texas hosted the NGLCC’s International Business & Leadership Conference.
Justin was on hand to celebrate our 2nd Anniversary Dinner & Awards, has been a panelist at the Dallas LGBTQ+ Global Symposium on Equality & Human Rights, and has traveled to Dallas for our NGLCC Grubhub grant distribution event.
