Paul has had a long and varied career in travel & hospitality industry in Los Angeles, Houston, Fort Worth, and Dallas. Paul currently serves as Director of Sales & Marketing at the Hilton Garden Inn Denison/Sherman/At Texoma Event Center in Denison, Texas.

Paul holds dual citizenship in the USA and United Kingdom of Great Britain. He is affiliated with PCMA, ASAE, HSMAI, HATC, & TSAE.

Paul has served on the Board of the North Texas GLBT Chamber of Commerce since 2014. During his tenure he has served as chairman of the Volunteer Committee and co-chaired the 2015 Celebration of Excellence Dinner, the Chamber's 10th Anniversary event.

Sr. Manager, Supplier Diversity and Contract Compliance

David began his career with Brinker International more than eleven years ago as a Buyer of ASI Products and Uniforms. In September 2006, he accepted the position of Supplier Diversity Manager. In 2008, David was promoted to Sr. Manager of Supplier Diversity, and in 2009 began managing the Contract Compliance team.

David serves as Chairperson of the Board of Director's for the Women's Business Council-Southwest, as well as on various other committees with the organization.  Additionally, David sits on the Board of Directors for CONTACT Crisis Hotline, and is an active Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer.  David was awarded Volunteer of the Year by WBC-S in 2010, and awarded Corporate Advocate of the Year in 2012.

Larry Paschall, AIA

Vice President

Larry Paschall, AIA, is a Project Architect and Vice President at HPD Architecture LLC and is responsible for day-to-day operations of the firm. In addition to his design and business management activities, he is co-host and author of the audio podcast The Architecture Happy Hour, an informal discussion about architecture for design professionals, clients, and architecture students available on iTunes.

A respected and inspirational speaker, Larry has shared his firm's experience and respective industry acumen at industry conferences across the U.S. Topics include alternative marketing strategies for architects; personal and professional branding; intern management; and starting an architecture and interior design firm.

HPD Architecture joined the Chamber in 2009. Larry joined the Board of Directors in 2012. He has served as chair of the Membership Committee and Chair-Elect. He became Chairman of the Board in January 2015. Larry previously served on the 2013-2014 Function: Industry Advisory Board, and currently serves on the board of the GLBT Leadership Education & Advocacy Program.

Mariel received her undergraduate degree from University of Texas at Austin and her MBA from Southern Methodist University. After graduating from UT, she served two and half years with the United States Peace Corps as a community development volunteer where she was the acting Chairman of the Volunteer Advisory Committee for the Republic of Vanuatu.

Upon returning to Dallas, she joined forces with her two older brothers to start Liberty Burger in November of 2011. Liberty Burger has grown to six locations and has received numerous accolades throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Market including D Magazine's Best Burger in Dallas, the Advocate's Best Burger for Lakewood and North Dallas, Top New Burger Joints from Burger Business, and the Green Business award.

Mariel was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2014 by the East Dallas Chamber of Commerce and featured in D Magazine's The Dallas 40: How Dallas came to the most exciting point in its history 40 stories over 40 years. Liberty Burger was recognized as the North Texas GLBT Chamber of Commerce 2014 Business of the Year.

Marsha is the President and owner of T N T Promotions, LLC.  Providing promotional products, apparel and trade show services.

Marsha has more than 25 years' experience in goal oriented environments developing and managing programs. She has a distinguished track record in sales and operational management and is a recognized talent for building and managing top performing sales and operational teams.

TNT Promotions joined the North Texas GLBT Chamber of Commerce in 2011. In 2013 Marsh served as Fundraising Chair for the Chamber's 8th Annual Dinner; she joined the Board of Directors in 2014. Since joining the Board Marsha has co-chaired the 9th & 10th Celebration of Excellence Dinners, she currently serves as the Board Vice Chair, and chair of the Personnel Committee.
